• The office is open 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5.15 p.m.
• Outside office hours messages can be left on the ansaphone or sent by e-mail or fax. The ansaphone will give an out of hours phone number for urgent problems that cannot wait until the office is next open.

How to Find Us

• Stony Street leads south out of the Market Place between Barclays Bank and the Stroud & Swindon Building Society. It is one way for cars - downhill only.
• The office is towards the top of Stony Street on the right. Please use the top door.
• We have interview rooms on the ground floor of the building, and a toilet down two steps. However, Stony Street is steep & cobbled, and there is a step into the office so wheelchair access is difficult. If this is a problem for you let us know, and we will arrange to see you somewhere more convenient.

By Car

From the M4, Bristol or Bath

• Take the A36 South of Bath, signposted Warminster. Follow the A36 to the roundabout at the end of the first section of the dual carriageway at Beckington. Take the second exit signposted A361 Frome. At the next roundabout take the second exit, (straight on). Follow the road into town, over a set of traffic lights, to a right turn signposted "Town Centre".
• At the bottom of the hill go over the bridge, through the Market Place. Follow the road uphill to the left. Opposite St. Johns Church on the left, turn right into Palmer Street . After 50 metres you will come to the top of Stony Street, which is cobbled. As you turn right & downhill Harris & Harris is on the left.
• From Wells, Yeovil and the West
• From the A361 follow signs to the Town Centre. At the mini roundabout at the top of Bath Street, by The Lamb pub, go downhill. Palmer Street is on your left about 100 metres down the hill, just after the pedestrian crossing.

Parking

• We do not have our own car park. There is free parking for 20 minutes in Palmer Street, and for 1 hour in the Market Place, if there are spaces. There are Disabled Parking spaces in the Market Place. There are also pay-parking car parks at Cork Street and the Market Yard. Parking may be difficult, especially on Wednesday because of the Market.

Buses

• These stop in the Market Place, a minutes walk away. Please call us if you need times.

Trains

• Frome is on the Wessex Trains Bristol to Castle Cary & Weymouth railway line. There are services from Westbury, Wilts and Bath, which connect with trains to London and Taunton . It is an easy 15 minute walk from the station. Follow the signs for the Town Centre to get to the Market Place.
