At Harris + Harris we put client care first. That isn't just because we have professional obligations to put your interests first. Client Care makes Harris + Harris what we are. It was the unwritten ethos of the firm for many years before we wrote it down.

As Solicitors we will comply with the Code of Conduct issued by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. This requires us to tell you who will be responsible for your case, and who else may also work on it, and agree with you how we will work together. At the start we will give you the best information we can about what it may cost and how you can fund that. We will review with you the benefits against the risks & costs, keep that under review throughout your case.  We will give you regular updates. It goes without saying that we will keep your case confidential, and we carry full insurance cover for all work we do.

In addition to this Harris + Harris issue our own Client Care Information. These indicate the service you can expect. They are not rigid targets - we aim to work with you in the way you want.

Do we deliver? See the comments at the top of this website. We do regular Client Care Surveys. Over the last three years the average response rate has been nearly 50%. Over that time over 95% of clients said they received a good quality service and would recommend us.
