We cannot use one document to confirm both. Please bring us originals of two separate documents - one from each of the two lists below. We will copy them and give them back to you. If you will have any problems producing these please let us know before you come in.

• Current full signed passport.
• Current UK driving licence (full old paper version).
• Current UK photocard driving licence (full or provisional).
• Benefits Agency (Job Centre Plus/The Pensions Service) benefits book or original notification letter from the Benefits Agency (Job Centre Plus/The Pensions Service) confirming your right to benefits.
• Inland Revenue tax code notification.
• Firearms Certificate.
• Inland Revenue sub-contractor's certificate (C154 or CIS6).
• EU Nationals Residence permit (issued by the Home Office)

Address

• Current UK photocard driving licence (full or provisional).
• Bank/building society/credit union passbook or recent statement (including credit card statements) showing your current address.
• Current council tax bill.
• Local council rent card or tenancy agreement.
• Recent utility bill (e.g. gas or electricity) or certificate from a utilities supplier confirming a pre-payment agreement, (bills for mobile phones are not acceptable).
• Benefits Agency (Job Centre Plus/The Pensions Service) benefits book or original notification letter from the Benefits Agency (Job Centre Plus/The Pensions Service) confirming your right to benefits.
• Most recent mortgage statement.
