Alison Macaulay is Head of the Family Law Department. She has more than 25 years experience as a specialist in Family Law. Alison has been based at the Frome office of Harris + Harris since 1984.
She has acted for a very wide range of clients in all types of Family Law cases. In particular she has far reaching experience of resolving problems over children and finance. She has special expertise in complex financial cases, being one of the first lawyers in the country to be accredited in this field.
Alison is an accredited member of The Resolution Family Panel (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) and is a trained Collaborative Lawyer.
Alison is also responsible for Trainees and acts as LSC
Liaison Officer for Harris + Harris.
