Annemarie Swainson is Head of the Wills, Probate + Trust Department. She joined Harris + Harris in 1981 and trained in Bristol before qualifying as a Solicitor in 1989.
She is a specialist in drafting Wills and administering Estates. This includes mitigation of Inheritance Tax. Her many years experience helping individuals & families to plan enables her to help clients through difficult times. She is also able to give professional advice on Trusts and problems of mental incapacity, including managing & protecting their homes and assets.
Annemarie Swainson is a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP).
