Caroline Fletcher LLB (Hons)  | Associate Solicitor

After completing her Law Degree at Plymouth University and the Legal Practice Course at the University of the West of England in Bristol, Caroline subsequently trained with a large regional firm in Bridgwater, Somerset. Upon completion of her training she was admitted as a Solicitor in September 2005.  From qualification Caroline worked for a local High Street firm based in Glastonbury and Street initially specialising in Commercial Property diversifying to Private Client work in 2009.

Having grown up in Somerset, Caroline is very pleased to continue to work in the local area and joined our Wills & Probate Department in August 2013 to work in the Frome office.

Caroline deals with many aspects of Private Client work including the preparation of Wills and Estate planning, administration of Estates and elderly and vulnerable client matters such as preparation of Powers of Attorneys and Court of Protection applications.

In 2011 Caroline achieved the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Advanced Certificate in Will Preparation and is an affiliate member of STEP.

Caroline is also a fully accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE) and a member of the Devon and Somerset Law Society.
