David Holmes was trained in the City of Westminster, and practised in Bristol before joining Harris + Harris in 1986. He has always specialised in Civil Litigation.
He is head of the Personal Injury Department. He has handled a substantial number of claims, and has particular experience of road traffic & workplace claims. He is an accredited member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel and a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
David is also a specialist Insolvency Practitioner licensed by the Law Society, and a member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals and the Insolvency Practitioners Association. His insolvency work involves a wide range of action recovering & preserving assets.
He is also a Deputy Registrar to the Diocese of Bath & Wells and the Diocese of Bristol.
