David Holmes was trained in the City of Westminster, and practised in Bristol before joining Harris + Harris in 1986. He has always specialised in Civil Litigation.  He has handled substantial cases in the High Court and in County Courts across the country.

David is also a specialist Insolvency Practitioner licensed by the Law Society, and a member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals and the Insolvency Practitioners Association. His insolvency work involves a wide range of action recovering & preserving assets.

David sits on Disciplinary and Regulatory Committee of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants

He is also a Deputy Registrar to the Diocese of Bath & Wells and the Diocese of Bristol.
