After completing his law degree in
Hertfordshire and legal practice course in London Joshua
trained in Canterbury with leading Kent law firm Furley Page
LLP. He was admitted as a solicitor in 2008 and joined
Harris and Harris upon qualification as an assistant in the
Wills, Probate and Trust department.
Joshua conducts a wide range of private
client work. He is experienced in the preparation of Wills,
including Will Trusts. He administers Trusts and conducts
probate work including cases of intestacy, insolvent estates and
those containing a foreign element. He advises on tax planning
and succession issues, prepares Powers of Attorney, and deals
with matters in the Court of Protection. Joshua also deals with
property issues incidental to his other work.
In the course of his work Joshua is
involved in safeguarding the interests of elderly and vulnerable
clients.
Based at our Wells office, Joshua also
regularly attends at the firm's Frome office and visits clients
at home.
Joshua is a member of the Law Society
Probate Section and the Devon & Somerset Law Society.
