Kathryn Lander is head of the Residential Property Department. She studied Law and trained in Bristol. She has worked at Harris + Harris since 1988, and became a Partner in 1998.
Kathryn has many years of experience in buying & selling homes, and other property. Her know-how and practical approach can guide you through your transactions without a problem. Her professional advice can identify & solve problems if they occur. Kathryn specialises in more complex property transactions and also acts for developers & builders.
Kathryn heads a Residential Property Department with qualified conveyancing staff in Wells & Frome which offers a friendly & efficient service.
Kathryn also has overall responsibility for the Staff and
their appraisals at Harris + Harris . As well as this, Kathryn takes
charge of Health + Safety and Marketing for the firm.
