Neil Howlett trained in Bath. He worked in
Kent before joining Harris + Harris in 1987.
He has experience in Employment Law acting for employers & employees. He has also acted in a wide range of Dispute Resolution + Litigation,
including defending serious fraud. He is now putting his experience of resolving disputes towards preventing them. This includes advice to business & individuals on commercial contracts & intellectual property rights, on which he has co-authored a book for independent film producers.
He is also able to put his experience as partner in charge of Quality Management & Lexcel at Harris + Harris
to good use for clients, ensuring advice is both practical &
up-to-date. He can also advise on Regulatory Law.
