Roland Callaby trained in London. On qualifying in 1980 he joined Harris + Harris.
He has continued to develop his specialisms in Employment Law & Education Law. He is a member of the Education Law Association & Employment Law Association. His work includes a range of civil litigation in the County Court & High Court, and Employment Tribunal cases. His clients include many businesses & schools across the West Country.
Roland has also developed specialist experience in Building Construction Litigation. This has included a number of substantial cases in which he has worked with specialist surveyors & barristers. His experience includes not only litigation but also Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
He also deals with Landlord & Tenant Law.
On top of this Roland is the Partner in charge of Finance +
Accounts and Technology.
